Seward Public Schools is dedicated to enhancing safety and security measures for students, staff, and the community. Our goal is to create a secure and nurturing environment for effective learning and growth.

Mail-in vote DUE February 10th

The SPS Board of Education voted unanimously on November 10th. Ballots will be mailed the week of January 19th and are due February 10th at 5PM.

Facilities to Renovate

Improve safety and security

  • Secure Entrance at the Elementary School & High School

  • Storm-Enhanced classroom additions at the Elementary School along with ADA bathroom upgrades

  • HVAC additions in the HS original gym and the Elementary gym

  • Storm enhanced rooms at the HS

Maintain financial responsibility

  • The 2010 Middle School Bond will be retired in 2027 resulting in a new bond that would NOT increase the current tax rate.
